Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and fulfil a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt. Please do not wear strong aftershave/scents whilst trying on the items. We reserve the right to reject returns if the items have clearly been used for any other purpose than size and fitting, but if there is damage and tear from this, you will not be entitled to a refund. If any of the above conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and sent back to you.

The process
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@gulaigulzar.com. Include your order number, the items you are returning, and the reason why.

We do not provide free returns or any exchanges

Any shipping costs must be paid by the customer, and shipping costs when the order has been placed cannot be reimbursed.

If your return is approved, we will send you further information on how to send back your items, and as soon it passes our quality inspection process, you will be refunded the amount for the items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Our items are checked thoroughly before being sent out so on a rare occasion when you inspect your order upon reception and there is an issue. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is any damage in transit, we are not liable. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
